About the role
As a Relationship Executive you own the customer conversation from walk-in to disbursal. You explain which loan fits, collect and check KYC, complete the documentation, and stay in touch through the life of the loan so renewals and repayments happen on time.
What you will do
- Greet walk-in customers and explain gold, personal, Mahila and consumer loan options
- Collect and verify KYC and complete loan documentation accurately
- Follow up on interest servicing, renewals and gentle recovery calls
- Support local outreach activity to bring in new customers
What we are looking for
- 1+ year in sales, collections or front-desk work, ideally in financial services
- Clear spoken Malayalam and a friendly, patient manner
- Plus two or graduate; basic computer comfort
