About the role
This is a field role focused on our Mahila loan programme. You will meet women running small businesses and self-help groups, explain how the loan works, help them apply, and stay connected through repayment. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome — we train you on the product and the process.
What you will do
- Visit local markets, SHGs and women-run businesses to introduce the Mahila loan
- Help applicants complete KYC and documentation on the spot
- Track repayments in your area and make courtesy follow-up visits
- Report field feedback so we can improve the product
What we are looking for
- Freshers welcome; any field or sales exposure is a plus
- Two-wheeler and licence, and willingness to travel within the district
- Fluent Malayalam and genuine comfort working with women customers
