About the role
The Customer Support Executive is the voice of Invest Gold between branches and customers. You handle phone and app queries about balances, due dates, renewals and the passbook feature, and route anything that needs a branch to the right person.
What you will do
- Respond to phone and in-app queries about loans, payments and the app
- Log every interaction and follow up until the customer has an answer
- Coordinate with branches on escalations and pending documentation
- Share recurring issues with the team so we can fix root causes
What we are looking for
- 1+ year in a call centre, help desk or branch support role
- Clear Malayalam and English, and a calm phone manner
- Comfortable using a computer and a ticketing or CRM system
